Inspired by the Kickabout film poster. I liked the way how the editor used a high angle shot to signify the significance of the sports environment. I wanted to re-create this by using similar conventions but instead of using trees to convey the idea of isolation, I used the darkness to show this environment where the protagonist can show his true potential.

Inspired by the Gridiron Gang film poster. The close-up on the ball was an aspect i was trying to re-create as the main theme of the trailer is all about choices and what one is best for his future. The positioning of the hand will be used to show the audience binary opposition with the protagonists thoughts and feeling.

Half and half. Left side looking at he a football pitch while wearing football training kit and right side wearing a tracksuit starring at a council estate.

Feedback:

- size of typography: title much bigger
- spelling/accuracy - attention to detail
- too many quotes
- finish all 3 posters 
- video - 90+ on timeline

Discussion points Chiron is a character of few words. Why is this? In my opinion, I believe Chiron was a character of few words because he was misunderstood for being different. The villains in the movie (which were the other school kids) chose to mock him and make him feel inferior to the rest of his class mates. Sound analysis

1) Watch any of the sound clips in the  Film Language booklet  that we didn't get to in class and  write answers to the questions  to go with each clip on your blog. E.g.  A Clockwork Orange ,  Life On Mars,   Once Upon A Time In The West ,  Once Upon A Time In America . Editing: blog task

Cinematography In the beginning of this action scene, the camera starts with a close up of the antagonist to show the anger and hatred he has towards John McLane - the protagonist trying to rescue his daughter from the villain. The camera then focuses on the jet progressing from a extreme long shot to a close up to reflect the fast paced movement with the scene. The camera then goes to a close up of the pilot his concentration on the task at hand. The low angled P.O.V shot of the rocket being shot at the truck allows the audience to see what the pilot would see from that high in the air which adds a sense of realism. The P.O.V shot of the targeting system also adds a sense of realism as it makes the audience feel as if they are the ones in control of the situation. The close up of the protagonists face expressions showed confusion as to why he was being targeted by another military soldier who are meant to be fighting for the sane cause.
